Cleanings, Extractions, Fillings, Limited Periodontics, Limited Endodontics, Removable Prosthodontics (partials & full dentures), and Patient Education.
Eligibility
For Patients living with HIV/AIDS
Patient must be actively receiving medical care by one of the
Ryan White Part B or Part C Clinics.

Referral Procedures
Patients Living with HIV/AIDS
- A dental referral must be sent by the patient’s doctor and must be properly filled in. Referrals must contain labs no older than 6 months
- Patients receiving medical care from a Part B provider schedule their own appointments.
- A patient receiving medical care from a Part C provider, the case manager schedules the appointments.
Free Medical Clinic Referrals
Free Medical clinic patients must have a referral sent by the Free Medical Clinic prior to receiving service.

The Columbia Oral Health Clinic takes a proactive approach by reaching out to all demographics. We are proud to announce our collaborative partnership with the Free Medical Clinic to serve their patients in need of oral health care. In honoring our long standing relationship with the Women's Shelter, COHC continues to provide services to the women residing at the Women's Shelter. COHC is also reaching out to other homeless shelters to inform them how their residents can qualify for dental services. Other endeavors include developing a Hispanic Outreach program.
